GUN VIOLENCE: IMPACT OF GUN VIOLENCE IN THE COMMUNITY

Gun violence, especially youth violence leads to tragedies and trauma that ripples through the community.

The event is comprised of:

KEYNOTE SPEAKER:  Andrew Woods, Executive Director at Hartford Communities that care..
Mr. Andrew Woods will lead an insightful discussion highlighting the impact of gun violence in the community. He will detail how working with the youth and empowering young people are preventative actions against gun violence.

ART AS THERAPY with John Graham
Mr. John Graham will bring forth a cathartic art session and instruct us on how art can be used as therapy for mental health and wellness.
