Wheeler is a community-based human services provider and federally qualified health center that serves more than 50,000 Connecticut residents in 90 percent of Connecticut’s cities and towns. Wheeler‘s flagship community health center is at 43 Woodland Street in Hartford, and provides integrated primary and behavioral health care, as well as complementary services like nutrition and even support for the basic needs of life.
