The Morgan broth-ers, heavily rooted in their Jamaican and African roots are looking to make their 13th studio album a by-product of their longstanding efforts to maintain the bridge of the cultural exchange between Jamaica and Africa; a journey they’ve been on for nearly ten years.The culturally iconic band has shared its showmanship across the continent andhas experienced Africa in more ways than one, fostering collaborations with numerous East and African superstars as far back as 2010.This forthcoming album, titled “The Homeland”, which is the first Morgan Heritage project since the ascension of their late father last year will be an ode to the birthplace of their parents in Jamaica and their ancestors in Africa, as theyseamlessly blend the sounds and cultures from both destinations.
